  • Comfortable office facilities and pleasant coworking space
  • Meeting rooms for both in-person meetings and hybrid meetings
  • The IT-facilities you need

7thFloor.brussels is a business centre in the heart of Brussels’ European quarter. Housed in a charming area in a prime location, it provides clients with presence in the EU capital just a walking distance from the key EU institutions. It’s a hub from where you can easily visit key officials, advisors and customers and it’s a place where you can host them.

From the 7th floor in « Avenue de la Renaissance 1 » you’re high enough to see far and close enough to the ground to be in touch.

The Plus+: Advisory support

We help you to achieve the goals you set for yourself in Brussels. We provide legal, lobbying, business matchmaking, and accountancy services. Aided by able advisers when and where needed, 7thFloor.brussels can provide you with a full-service package.

Founding and managing a European association

We can help you set up a non-for-profit association following the ‘Belgian model’. We are very familiar with the structures of ASBL and AISBL¹, from drafting statutes to registration. Having a solid and recognised structure for your association will help it to be effective in engaging with public affairs and in getting public approval.

¹ In Belgium, two models of non-profit association are available: an ASBL and an AISBL. An ASBL (association sans but lucratif) is a non-profit association and is ideal for a relatively small and low-budget organisation to set up according to a given template in a short timeframe. An AISBL (association internationale sans but lucratif) allows for more flexibility in its statutory structure and requires the involvement of a notary and hence takes a little longer to be established. For either form, different requirements and registration procedures apply.

Subsidy consultancy

We can support you to access the EU-funding managed at central level by the European Commission in all relevant fields, such as R&D, professional training, environment and digital, to name some of the most important. We offer services from simple grant monitoring, through to project planning and management, to promoting your services and interests to the appropriate offices at the EU.

Founding and managing a Belgian enterprise

We help you found a company or foundation in Belgium. In cooperation with Xavier Huberland of KYC_Lawyers we can advise you on setting-up the right structure for your business plan, including the most appropriate form of company, the application of relevant by-laws, the full registration of the company and its shareholders/directors, and the follow-up in terms of formalities and global assistance if needed. We can ensure you get the best advice through our network of bankers, accountants, auditors, and other key advisers that you may need to ensure for your Belgian company gets the best start in life.
